"Called inquiring with respect to auto Insurance quotes on 07/05/2023. Provided all required household information and was advised they will get back to me. Called back on 07/07/2023 in the am to inquire as to why no one has returned my call related to my inquiry. Had to leave a message which they responded to and called back a short time later. Now I had to start answering all the questions again as a different person than the one I spoke to on 7/5/23 called me back. I asked what is with the same questions all over again that I provided answers to on 7/5 and she indicates that the girl who took all my infomation the first time did not document everything. So, I provide her all the info again and she indicates she will get back to me with the quotes. Now just after 4pm I hear from a third person whom started with the questions all over again. I again ask why am I answering the same questions over and over again being as I have provided all information to two different representatives already in the past three days? Her response was that they are speaking to different insurance companies seeking my quotes and they are the ones asking all these questions. Now I tell her, well as a broker if I already provided all the information to two of your colleagues in the past three days does it make sense that they should have documented it properly and now here you are asking the same questions all over again. Then her attitude kicked in with an angry tone saying, "Do you want me to quote this for you or not?" Answer: No because apparently your office can't seem to document my information accurately to avoid these constant call backs to ask the same questions which indicates a level of incompetence. Seems there is a level of poor management and professional character is my opinion. At least she wished me a nice day ending that conversation. So, I read so many nice reviews about this business and decided to try it. However, above is how it transpired for me."
