"I made a reservation the night before to drop my car off for an oil change the next morning at 9am. I arrived on time, said I was going to be at an appointment and I would be back in a couple of hours. My appointment ends two hours later and I haven't received a call. I figured I'll go to lunch and they'll call me soon. Still no call. I arrive at 1pm and my car is in the same space I left it. They had ad my car for 4 hours for a routine oil change and never touched it, never called or gave any indication they they would need more than the couple of hours."
