"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I would give zero stars if I was able to. They are very dishonest. They will spam other agents clients and trick them into a health plan they didn't want to be enrolled in. Then when you try to call them to cancel they don't respond. WORST AGENCY EVER!!!"

"Everything you have read about this company is 1000% true, they will not provide a letter of release. For the sake of your license and lively hood, please stay far far away from this company. Their business practice is NOT legal but they get away with it and I don't know why. I pray and I hope they don't stay in business for long."

"Stay away from this FMO for the sake of the freedom of your license. THEY WILL NOT RELEASE YOU IF YOU REQUEST IT !! Their favorite slogan is "we are currently not granting releases" This has been a misery. There is no lie told in this review. Honestly I am only putting a star because I have to. I know several other agents who are going through this same misery as well. I really hope this review makes you second guess signing any contracts with them."

"DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! Once they're empty promises to help you with business are realized. THEY ALSO WILL NOT RELEASE YOU! I've been trying to get released for 6 months. First I'm told they aren't granting releases, next I'm told I'm on a waiting list to be released. If you like being held captive then this is the company for you!"

"Terrible service. On 12/14/2020 I signed up to healthcare and dental plans through the Marketplace; as the payment link wasn't working, they took my customer service call, and after confirmation of my plans and eligibility, they took my card information for payment. The result and follow up has been a disaster, and to this day I am not active in the dental plan. I was not supposed to make any payments for the healthcare plan, but yet they managed for the provider to charge another customer's plan to my credit card; I had to call my credit card and waste my time to cancel, as they couldn't reverse the transaction. For the dental, no payment was made, and the provider is not reflecting my plan as active, therefore I can't make an appointment with my dentist. So I called repeatedly Health Family Insurance and they apologized many times, but never followed up or resolved this situation, to this date. They have been very kind, but very ineffective and unresponsive."
