"All Risk failed to inform us that our company Monarch National, previously FED NET was dropping up because they were pulling out of FL. As a result we had no insurance from 7/27/2022-8/09/22 when they got us insured with Citizens. Paige Culpepper claims she had sent us emails, telephone calls and hard copies of the pending cancellation which was completely untrue. She dropped the ball and admitted as much in late July on the phone with my wife, saying she was overwhelmed with the number of cancellations she was dealing with. We are now having to pay a $707 penalty to the mortgage company because of her mistake and All Risk says there is nothing they can do about it. Needless to say we are looking for a new Agent and thankful that the hurricane Ian, now getting ready to land in Florida, didn't hit a month ago. Suggest if you are looking to use All Risk or currently use them that you take this review, and the other ones just like it, to heart and search elsewhere for an agent."

"My insurance lapsed - thanks to All Risk Ins. I followed their instructions according to the emails I received. Not sure how the heck that happened, my mortgage company even placed a force insurance policy. How did it even get to that point? Honestly, their follow through and processes are just not good, lacking and they seem to not to care at all. So unprofessional especially since there are SOOO many insurance providers out there. Seriously, go elsewhere"

"When FedNat canceled policies, All Risk said they were going to find another company for me and not to worry. They didn't and didn't tell me. They also didn't tell me I would need a 4 point inspection and wind mitigation report before I could get a policy. Only way I found out was when my mortgage company contacted me saying I didn't have insurance. His excuse was "It's been crazy"."

"After my insurance agent closed her business, she gave All Risk most of her clients - me being one 9 of them. They called me in April and introduced themselves and that's the last I heard from them. I called numerous times and was told my agent would get back with me. My homeowners was due on the 15th of July, and I NEVER received a call back. I do know it's tough as far as insurance goes, but the LEAST you could've done, was return my calls. Definitely would not recommend, and I feel sorry for the other people that were entrusted to this company!"
