"I feel like this Starbucks is just in the wrong part of town and the employees have to deal with a ton of random negative experiences that just make them not care as much. Ordered an iced mocha and a sandwich and they all seemed seriously irritated about anything going on or any questions that anyone asked. Could have just been a bad day, and everything tasted okay and was made efficiently. I would avoid this Starbucks in the future unless it was the only choice for coffee."

"Getting progressively worse each year at Starbucks. Paper and plastic only now as at a convenience store. Not inexpensive. Refused a Starbucks mug for drip coffee. Drive-thru comes first and to-go orders. Inside patrons must wait 20 minutes or more for a drip coffee. Staff unconcerned and unaware of needs of guests. Become argumentative if questioned on why a non-paper cup unavailable. Truth is they are too lazy to wash even one dish as is now Starbucks policy nationally. Coffee tastes bad. Starbucks is now basically a sweets shop and not a coffee shop. Sad to see the start decline in quality. Nowhere else to go."
"Last real Starbucks before you get to the Keys! Easy to get in when driving South, but not exactly easy to get back to the road. Everything was fine. Bathroom was clean. But the place doesn't shine... I wasn't greeted when i entered. My business didn't seem to matter. The order was correct. The coffee and chai tea i ordered tasted like Starbucks normal. Like me you will probably be neither disappointed nor delighted."
