"Dr.Rivas is an amazing doctor she was my doctor as a child and I’m so happy now I’m able to take my children to her. Her team is amazing Miriannys the office manger goes far and beyond and for that I’m grateful a million times thank you! ❤️ I add this review above about a month ago I still feel the same about Dr.Rivas team but on the hand with premium health in general it trash worst service no one answers the phone , to get in contact with referrals horrible service I only go there for Rivas and her team. Dr Hoover you need to know how horrible you team of the call center referral department and everything in between is working so unprofessional and how can your patient go to an office where your call center never answer how are you move milly and Miriam when they are the heart of the Miami lakes office they had everything on check when your call center doesn’t even know where they are standing never have I ever experienced this horrible service coming From a pcp office this why I’m leaving and I wish I didn’t have to I love Rivas but I’ve been trying to get ahold of the dr office for over a week to get my sons physical and immunization form and no one answered unbelievable."

"Dr. Elvira Rives has been our pediatrician for 15 years and we love her so, so much! Words cannot describe the appreciation we have for her. We honestly cannot repay her for her efforts, her love, her dedication to her patients. She treats us like family and takes her time and is super thorough, thoughtful, sweet, patient, & simply wonderful. Dr. Rives even makes sure to constantly ask how my own mother & father are! The most adorable human ever!! I know her patients are her children. I can write forever and ever on my experience with Dr. Rives as our pediatrician, but I’ll probably run out of space. God blessed us with a doctor that we will never leave for as long as we have her. The office manager Miri is so wonderful and knows exactly how to help assist the patients and families. She makes you feel like you are going there to see your friends. Dr. Ana Dominguez is so amazing. I love them! I recommend them to anyone that needs a place that is able to provide everything!! I’m looking forward to be situated patient with them!"

"What can I say bout Dr Elvira Rives and Dr Hernandez … Doctor Elvira Rives is a caring doctor , who constantly motive Childrens to love the doctor office and make sure the parents lived the office calm and always inform about there children’s health in general , always answering any question or concerns that as a parent we can have , she is been my daughter pediatrician since 2012 and now seen my other daughter as well and I never have any complains about this office and the staff even do there is a waiting time like any other place this is a HOME for any children or parents. Dr Hernandez it is a great doctor who also take very good care of her patients as a mother of two Childrens she know how to deal with kids and how to make the parent happy. Miriam it is the best nurse ever … always answering any concern and taking very good care about our Childrens, making sure they are safe. Thanks Miriam for the love and care it is greatly appreciate. The front desk lady’s they are so sweet and always caring about the patient happiness they all are great thanks lady’s for the hard job it is greatly appreciate.
