"It’s with a broken heart I write this review as I wish I didn’t have to but it has to be known how inconsiderate this office is. I changed my son’s pediatrician and I was pretty happy after his first visit, until one day when I tried bringing him in and they denied him. My son is 8 months old and he had a fever of 102 so I decided to bring him in to his newly assigned pediatrician and to my surprise when I tried to check him in, the front desk girl told me he couldn’t be seen without an appointment, even after expressing he was currently having a fever. There was nobody waiting in the lobby waiting to be seen, and they’re was about 10 people from they’re staff just standing there at the front clearly not doing anything but somehow my son couldn’t be seen. This is totally ridiculous and unacceptable for a doctor’s office to deny care for a pt specially under those conditions. Please choose carefully when choosing an office for your child, this office is all about looks and it may look nice but horrible service from employees and no sympathy at all for their pts."
