I finally ended up leaving at 10:40am and asked for a refund on my copay. Based on the reviews, it looks like waiting for an hour+ is common. The front desk response was 'Some people have the time and don't mind waiting. It depends on the person." This is not a professional way to handle a business. I know sometimes doctors run a few minutes late, but an hour+ is absurd. The entitlement was a turn off. I don't care if you're the most famous doctor in the world, your time is not more important than mine. Especially when I am paying you for a service. I also read reviews about incorrect charges, so I let my credit card company and insurance know right away. I advise you to stay away from this place, it's not worth the headache."
