"I’m not really sure what pizza these other people are talking about. The pizza I had was not good at all! The cheapest ingredients for sure no flavor whatsoever. Crust was like cardboard cheese/sauce was hardly there. The wings were ok. Sorry but this was my experience leaving 2 stars because the wings were decent"

"First time visiting Tom’s pizza in Deland we choose the veggie pizza I. The large size we did not want the green pepper and asked to substitute it with another topping in its place the waitress was very blunt and said we don’t substitute toppings you can remove or pay for another topping. I found that to be very disappointing. We ordered the 10 piece chicken wings in garlic parmesan with our pizza in prepping the table they gave us two pizza cutters one of them was nasty dirty you had to ask for it to be exchanged. The wings came as we were eating them is was short one piece of chicken. We did not say anything the pizza came we had one piece boxed and ate the other half. The toppings were fresh overall. The taste was bland but at least the thin crust was not soggy. In closing our experience was mediocre at best the waitress left bill at the table we put up our card to pay for it the waitress never came back and left us hanging she actually went I. Break without saying anything we were stuck waiting until another employee noticed came over and asked to take the bill and apologized for our waitress leaving us there and going on break. We paid the bill she asked how our experience was I answered if you want the truth and told her what the experience was noted here. We were disappointed in the overall experience."
"This place is great. I love the classic, laid-back atmosphere, the wait staff take great care of you, and the food is great. The pizza is not New York style, but rather a pan pizza. The crust was perfectly cooked and the sauce and toppings were delicious. 5/5!"
