"I never had such a horrible experience with a doctors office. They switch their calls before closing time. Noone gets back to you. Prescriptions don't get filled out properly. It's a chaotic mess. Time to start looking for a new office manager if they even have one. Hopefully they buckle down and start following procedures it's going to cost a kid a trip to the hospital or possibly worse."
