"Let me start with if I could give 0 stars, I would. I have two children and both go to this office. My daughter has been going since she was 20 months old. She is now 7 going on 8. Every single time she has an appointment I as the parent have to chase down her pediatricians office for an authorization to be seen at the ENT. There should be a specific office that does this within the practice. I, as the parent should not be doing this. Further, this morning I get a call as we're on the way to her appointment stating that she needs said auth that I called about last week to make sure if she needed one and she did not. I was told only my son needed an updated auth. I told Sophia (whom made this mornings phone call) and according to her it is my job as the parent to obtain auth for my children's appointments, LOL!! I then told her to put a supervisor on the phone. Now the supervisor states otherwise that they have someone in office who does this (even though for 4 years i've been having to obtain auths for them) however, she proceeds to say even if I had said auth for today it wouldn't matter because the doctor isn't even in today. Mind you, this appointment has been scheduled for nearly 7 months and it has ALREADY been rescheduled once by the office because the doctor wasn't there last scheduled appointment either. Now, again today while we're on our way they're calling to let me know she needs an auth that she supposedly didn't need last week AND icing on the cake- SURPRISE the doctor isn't in once again. Who would've guessed? Only positive thing I will say about this office is Dr. Loomis -the audiologist. I absolutely love her and so does my daughter. It is unfortunate she works for such a disorganized office because she is gold! I'd also like to add if you still choose to come here to block out your morning or afternoon for your child's appointment because they're ALWAYS running behind, never on schedule. Just avoid them if you can. We will NEVER be back."
