"Be aware before you choose this place that ANY time your child needs a sig from a doctor (even for a weekend sports activity) you are required to make an appointment EVEN if you have recently had a physical. With all of the sports, camps, and activities we do and since we have a high deductible plan we have to change providers. We had been going there for 12 years but they recently seemed to have changed their policy."

"Coming from NYC and having my daughter going to the same facility since birth, I'm always skeptical of where I take her. I like the fact that they scheduled me right away. The wait wasn't too long. I honestly expected a longer wait due to the reviews I read. I liked how nice everyone was and how simple but kid friendly the facility was. The only problem I had was that the person who attended to my daughter washed her hands but didn't wear gloves to exam although she had a mask on... it didn't occur to me at the moment because I was busy keeping my daughter calm and answering her questions, but something as little as a micro cut could cause illness, so it did bother me when I thought about it afterwards."

"Dr. Jag is such a great doctor & always takes the time out of his days to answer questions or concerns you would have. He is very gentle and kind with any patient he has. I've been going to him for 4 years now, and he is always so honest. I highly recommend going to him!"

"I am really surpised by all the wonderful reviews, I mean we picked this place because of all the good reviews but absolutely would not go back. First off, the wait time to be seen with an appointment each time we have gone, I think around five or more times, has been at least 1 hour long. That's just to get a room, from there you have to wait to be seen and next thing you know the doctors appointment is 2hrs plus. Not something I have time for with a newborn and a 19 month old. The well and sick side division is kind of a joke. You walk into a bigger room and turn left to the sick side which has the only TV with movies playing and then if you turn around the opposite way you have the well side, its seperated by... well nothing and it seems that people just sit where they can. Maybe should of started with this but the last office visit we had we waited over an hour to get a room, once we were in the room we saw the "sharps container" where the staff place used needles into, was completely empty but had one open used needle sitting on top of it completely out and about to be used by anyone. I can't explain how uncomfortable that made us, the staff didnt notice until i pointed it out to the doctor who said the container must be full...."
