"I would never recommend even calling let alone being serviced by this place. I booked a simple routine appointment and was asked for past records which cannot be obtained and I agreed for new x-ray. Next morning I get a an UNPROFESSIONAL text message stating my appointment was cancelled because I need to get the records which was explained cannot be done. What kind of business just cancels an appointment via text over an x-ray the patient AGREED to redo. This indicates very small minded lack of service thinking."

"You can discount one review, but when multiple say the same thing - take heed. We were patients of Dr. Day for over 10 years with no problems. The hygienists were nice, billing staff was great and Dr. Day was always pleasant. Then along came John. He was mostly quirky and annoying to deal with, but when my wife called 3 days ahead of an appointment to reschedule for a conflict (well within the office policy) he began to explain that the cancellation was 24 business hours and started counting the hours until her appointment. This is not the policy stated on the numerous reminders and when questioned about it, he stated that they had to do that to stop people like her from cancelling because she need to go out and buy Christmas candy. He continued down this path with no basis other than his own bias and arrogance. He was completely condescending and enraged her to the point of making her cancel outright at which point he simply hung up. You will run into an issue with him at some point as it is clearly his nature."

"I was recommended to this office a year or so ago. I didn’t jump on the recommendation, but instead went through 3 other dental offices before I switched! WOW! I could kick myself! I love, love, love this office. I’ve had interactions with Jon (front desk), who is so witty, personable, and full of knowledge. I’ve had a teeth cleaning. I can’t remember the girl’s name, but she was very gentle and thorough. I’ve also had a filling redone by Dr. Day. Super quick and a GREAT job! WOW! So happy I changed! I actually changed our family of five to Dr. Day’s office. Dr. Day is like one of us. So easy to talk to. My dentist retired after going to her for over 20 years. Looking for this same long-term relationship with Dr. Day and her staff! Thank you for the great “first” experience for our family!"

"I cannot say enough about how high quality of a dentist Dr Day is! She is phenomenal. The care and attention she pays to my teeth I have never received from any other dentist I’ve been to, and trust me I have been to lots. The staff there is also great. John at the front always welcomes you in and he has called me before if I’m running late to check on me. I plan to go here forever."

"John at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional to my wife. He will call you three times in a row to confirm an appointment you just made and if he doesn’t get through will call your spouse until he gets a hold of someone. Along with multiple other unprofessional interactions over the two years we went there. Dr Day is nice but after switching dentist because of John. We learned my wife has three cavities on one side and will most likely need a rot canal. The exams and X-rays taken at Dr Days office and the new office were a week apart. This should have been preventable either Dr Day missed these three cavities forming over the past two years or just neglected to do anything about them. Either way would not recommend this dental office."
