"Use to love this office I went here and all 4 of my kids but not again. Even with an appointment I’m there 2 and a half hours minimum. Then the staff is rude for no reason like it’s been that way since they switched the staff up."
"It’s crazy how me n my siblings went to her as kids n now our kids go to her I have no complaints at all the office is small but me n my kids wait in the car n they call us to come in for our visit u have to learn how to work with people nothing is perfect the staff never gave me any issues"
"Use to be a great doctor now I think she is biting off more then she can chew. Every visit is the same, check my kids ears mouth and listen to their hearts and done. Doesn’t really listen to my concerns as a parent. Came in when my daughter was sick was told it wasn’t nothing major. Later took her to the hospital and they did an X ray and she had pneumonia. Thank God I seeked a second opinion. Office staff at the front desk is always all over the place. They barely answer the phones and when they do they are always busy and want you to call back or can’t give you the correct information. Very disoriented almost always. They always over book patients if not at the same time and I can’t understand why when the office is tiny. Patients are always standing or we have to hang outside because their is no where to sit. I live down the street and recently had to switch my kids to a doctor cross town. Not only because of the environment but because I need a doctor who is going to listen when I speak and properly treat my kids so that they stay healthy."
"I love the Doctor, but the staff is horrible very unprofessional and rude. Sorry to sound like I'm being racist, but when she had African American staff her office was ran perfectly. Now that the staff is all Hispanic the services has been poor and very slow. You can make an appointment at 8:00 and not get seen until nine and not leave until 10:30 it's horrible. To reiterate great Doctor; horrible staff...."
