"I recently had the pleasure of visiting Pediatric Health Care Alliance and I must say, it was a wonderful experience! Dr. Patel is my child's primary care physician and he was absolutely fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail and answered all my questions with utmost professionalism. But it's not just the doctor who made my visit great, the staff was also amazing. Monica and Beth were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They made my both kids feel comfortable and at ease from the moment I walked in. They were also very helpful in answering my questions and making sure that my visit went smoothly. Overall, I would highly recommend Pediatric Health Care Alliance to anyone looking for a great pediatrician. Dr. Patel and his staff truly care about their patients and it shows in the way they treat their patients and their families. Thank you for a great experience!"

"Another great experience at PHCA in Wesley Chapel! Dr. Patel was very attentive, listened well, answered all my questions and helped me make informed decisions about my children’s care needs. Nurse Beth was so great with my neurodivergent child, she put him at ease, joked with him and made the experience less stressful for him. I’ve been here 20 years and recommend this office highly. Never had a bad experience."

"PHCA should probably remove the word CARE from their name as they do not understand what it means. They keep changing the rules without any proper notification to parents. The newest scheduling policy to call for sick appointment every morning is a nightmare. To top it, the doctor was unavailable for our regular scheduled visit and nobody bothered to inform us. When we arrived they inform us the doctor is on vacation and ask us to reschedule with. a different doctor. Note their online system allowed us to checkin even though the doctor is on leave. We rescheduled now but unfortunately for the next apppointment my kid had fell sick and so when we called in to reschedule , admin now says there is a 25 usd charge. How am i to control when my kid falls sick ? Stay away from this practice. You have been warned !!"

"The new protocol for scheduling does not make sense. You can only schedule appointment for the same day. If the time doesn't work, you have to call the next day to schedule. I have never seen any place doing scheduling like this. We have full time jobs and very busy schedules. We don't have time to call in every day to see if there is a time that would work for us. Please change back to a normal scheduling protocol. We would really appreciate it. We have been with Dr. Patel for 13 years."
