"My son sees Dr. Reese and we love him! He is very knowledgeable and always answers all my questions. We also have seen Jack for sick visits and we really liked him too!"

"My son was a patient from age 2-8. My wife and I had a rough period and we unfortunately missed some appointments. They "terminated his relationship" with Pensacola pediatrics indefinitely. They spoke with Dr. Reese and he declined to give us another chance. This is incredibly disappointing for a Dr to essentially turn his back on a patient that has known only him for a pediatrician because of a few missteps. I highly recommend finding a different pediatrician if you're currently searching for one. This has shown me that this particular Dr does not care about his patients the way a Dr should."

"Took our two sons for a wellness check and the office billed our insurance for services not rendered. Filed a complaint with our insurance company. I'm a veteran and would never recommend anyone to use their practice again"

"When I first brought my son here (he’s been a patient his whole life), Dr. Reese was great, very informative and helpful. Slowly but surely, the staff has gotten worse and extremely rude. I understand Covid took its toll on everyone, but there is no excuse. The last appointment my son had back in January, I had to basically do the receptionist’s job and input all the same information I had given them less than three months prior into a patient portal that doesn’t work (but will gladly take your money) before they would see him for a routine checkup. When I arrived, I waited over 30 minutes after my son’s scheduled appointment time and had to call back in to be sure they didn’t forget about us. The receptionist is EXTREMELY rude and the excuse for it is that she was in billing. They have never taken a copay and insist on billing it after the fact and even when you ask them to just charge it at the time because not everyone has the time to take to pay a bill later on and you can never make an appointment in the office without an argument with the staff. The last appointment, I left in tears because Dr. Reese fat shamed me through my son, accusing me of not letting my son exercise when all he does every waking moment is run around and play (he has no other setting other than “run like your life depends on it”), told me not to use a specific sunblock because it has estrogen in it and could cause my son to grow breast tissue, told me there were no vaccines and left the room without even saying “goodbye” or “see you in x amount of time” and slammed the door. Today (4/12) I received a bill for an eye exam that I don’t remember being done on my son during the last appointment back in JANUARY, the patient portal has none of the information from this supposed examination (which has been done in the past so I know what it looks like and has never been billed to me, always to my insurance) or any other information that I was required to fill out prior to the last appointment. The statement is dated for 3/18 and the appointment was on 1/7. I am going to have to hash it out with the billing department and demand the test results from his appointment to verify it has been done while I’m working because they are only open from 9am-4pm. I really like the physician’s assistant there and he along with the fact that Dr. Reese used to be so incredible is why this is not getting a one star review. It used to be a pleasure going there (even for sick appointments) because the staff was always so great aside from the copay/scheduling issues. I’m hoping they go back to being patient centered and caring again like they were."

"Dr Reese performed my sons circumcision. He was extremely professional and kind! I feel like he could tell I was nervous and engaged in conversation with me during the procedure and made me feel at ease. He was amazing with my son and did an excellent job! Highly recommended this office. Staff is great as well as the doctors. All around a pleasant experience each visit."
