"Don’t recommend this place! They’re unprofessional, equipments are outdated and uneducated about their service that they provide! Save your time and money. Go to another weight loss clinics! Poor quality!"
"I just got referred from a friend to go on an try a IV Detox Vitamin boost. So I called to get more information about it and fortunately or unfortunately I won't be coming into this place due to the lack of customer service and redness of the person who answer my call. She began saying, that she doesn't know what is on the IV or what kind of vitamins, which is OK, not all telephone assistants knows about all details, but she started to read really fast from a list without giving me time to write them down. I asked then if the clinic offers House Call Service, which she couldn’t understand the tern or wasn't familiarized with that, may be due to language barriers; so she placed me on hold for 13 minutes. Then I called a second time, she directly put me on hold; I had to call her a third time being placed on hold directly without even greeting me, I guess the caller ID helped her to recognize my number. I called again and I asked to not put me on hold, which she did and proceed to tell me this, "you are going to have to call back in 25 mins because the person in charge is not available" I mentioned her, that I don't like the way I am being treated and she should offer better customer service and may be ask for my number to get a call back; and she said "Mmmh Ok" without even offering an apology for her rude telephone etiquette. It is a shame that the first impression was with this may be not so well trained person or overworked, but, I'm sure the clinic and their doctors are outstanding as my friend mentioned in his experienced today, sadly I won't experienced it."
"I started going to see Dr. Tamayo in January of this year 2017 and my nurse was Liena. My start weight was 201 and I am now at 140. She was very efficient and always guided me through. Dr.Tamayo was always keeping track of my progress and making sure I didn't get unmotivated. Every visit felt like a visit to my family house. Thank You very satisfied with my results."
