"They are the most unprofessional individuals running a so-called doctors office I've ever seen. They give you empty promises, false hope and lets not forget unnecessary headaches. I just wish it wasn't so hard trying to get in contact with these people, Dr. Laura Z. included. What's the point of being a doctor and having an office if you can't do your job and is never present to do your job. I'm done."
"My mother is battling breast cancer and because of the incompetent staff at this office, she is not getting the care and referrals she needs to get the proper care. They do not call you back and they do not care about people. I would not go to these people."
"I have seen Dr. Laura at the Aventura office at one of the most difficult times in my life, she was so kind and was really concerned about me and my situation. She referred me to the right specialists and we have been working together trying to solve my problem. She gives me reassurance and hope, I think her bedside manner is soft and human, and that she really listens to her patients.
