"Jan 9, 2024 at 2:10pm. My appointment was at 2pm I checked in at 2:10pm. I was told by the tech I couldn’t be seen and the door was slammed in my face. Then I spoke with the office manager letting her know due to traffic I was late and I didn’t know there was a 10 min late arrival, I thought it was a standard 15min. The manager was kind and let me in, then the tech stated, I can’t do your test anyway because it’s a instant pre employment drug test and we don’t have anymore. Mind blown. So what would have happen if I came on time? Labcorp please look at the reviews and find a solution, this place is damaging the company image."
"I know this place has bad reviews but I have to say my experience was wonderful. I checked it at 9:35 (9:45 appt). Called in at 9:52am and was out by 10am (drug test). Tabitha ( if I'm remembering correctly) was an absolute pleasure. Both technician were friendly, professional and polite. Even spoke back when I told them to enjoy the rest of their day. They both told me happy holidays."
"They don’t have aprropriate attention, they get preferentially those who request an appointment, I waited 1 hour and was not attended for that razón… DON’T GO to this place, terrible service"
"Labcorp staff kept losing the appointment time. Waited an extra 1 hr. And had to keep showing proof that it was scheduled or there are "a lot of people ahead of you". I don't know an industry where you can behave with an attitude this poor and still be employed..."
"Walked in right when they opened. I had an appointment for bloodwork later in the day, but wanted to see if they'd take me early. I checked in at the electronic kiosk. A prompt told me there was an earlier time available and I selected that. I waited less than 10 minutes before I was called in. The nurse was so skilled and friendly, she got my vein on the first try which as never happened. Such a good experience."
