"The nurse Frances is the one to help clients transfer from the procedure to the room to wait for the anesthesia to diminished, while doing so she pinched me committed battery on me because I have bruises on my arm. When I called the day after to tell her that I have bruises because she committed battery on me while she is supposed to be the patient advocate she denies it and told me that I walked there by myself and how could I know since I don’t remember anything, she continued to argue that is it the IV site and I told her no the left arm was used for anesthesia or iv but right is the one she held and pinched me on. I said I’ll file a complaint she told yes go ahead."

"Let’s start off by saying these are not the same owners as the ones who ran a choice for women a couple of years ago. The owner retired and the people running this place are completely unprofessional! The receptionist who takes you in acts like she’s doing you a favor by taking your info down, then the lady who attends you in the back is nice at first while she is taking care of you. Mind you she is the same lady who answers the phone (while assisting you as you’re getting your abortion) the receptionist never answers the phone she just takes your info when you walk. (I know, sounds crazy, because IT IS!!) The doctor barely says hello to you, and the way they shuffle patients in and out of that procedure room is unheard of. The room you wait for your anesthesia to wear off is RIGHT next to the procedure room and you hear everything that’s going on in there! The real cherry on the cake was when I called for my follow up, I said what can I expect, she rudely said over the phone we just give you a pregnancy test. They do not counsel you, give you birth control, speak to you about anything. I was baffled. She snapped on the phone with me, giving me an attitude saying she couldn’t really tell me what day I was there & needed my follow up because I’m over the phone and she couldn’t read my chart. No the truth is you can’t read my chart because you answer the phone while attending patients having their procedures. It’s also not her fault because that is how this clinic is ran, but nonetheless it’s a domino effect on the type of customer service a patient receives. Ladies please save your money and time, go elsewhere! This place is absolutely unprofessional."
