"I have been a patient of Dr. Chukwu’s since 2016. Her office staff and medical assistants are very professional and polite. Dr. Chukwu is a phenomenal doctor and provides exceptional care. She has great bedside manner, performs thorough examinations, listens to and addresses all of my concerns. She responds to my patient portal emails in a timely manner. What I really love about the patient care experience with Dr. Chukwu, is she calls me (sometimes after office hours) to review my lab/diagnostic results and provide me with further instructions. While most providers leave and go home after the office close (usually) by 5:00/6:00 pm. There are times, I receive phone calls from Dr. Chukwu at 8:00 pm to follow up with me regarding my lab results that I emailed to her earlier that day via the patient portal. That really sets Dr. Chukwu apart from other providers. The fact that she goes above and beyond to provide exemplary care. And because I know what a phenomenal provider she is; I do not mind the occasional office delays during my visits because I know that she is providing that same high quality of care to her other patients and I respect that. She is truly one of a kind healthcare provider. I wish all healthcare providers were like Dr. Chukwu. She really sets the bar high when it comes to quality patient care."
