Dr. Lowell S. Davis, DO

"Would love to give this place a 5 star review, doctor is great but impossible to get ahold of and the staff and front desk representatives are awful. I’ve called several times over the course of weeks and nobody is ever able to assist me. All i get is a “someone will call you back” and nobody ever does. I even got a “i promise someone will call back by the end of the day” and NOTHING. I’m constantly calling and leaving voicemails or messages with the front desk and get no responses. Very disappointing, especially because I’m in so much pain ):"

"Dr. Davis assistant Michelle never called me back if the calling three times since last week with horrific pain. Apparently nobody cares or nobody got the messages. Shame on you.I am a first time patient and would not recommend. I wish she could be in my place she would so it understand. Regards, Van Lasner and this doctor was recommended very highly for my therapist. I made an appointment to see Dr. Davis and instead I got Michelle. well Michelle finally called back nine days later and told me she never received the three messages I left so if you’re a customer of Dr. Davis and you leave a message and no one will get it per Michelle how does a business conduct itself with no answering system.. I was crying for a week in pain and no response from Dr. Davis. They said they’re answering the system does not work can you believe it?? Have a good life Dr. Davis and you need to replace Michelle."

"I came in was registered and monies collected immediately. Called in within 15 min. Seen by a nurse for vitals and questions. Not really detailed took my pressure then waited for Dr. Lowell who saw me all of maybe 1 minute and ordered an MRI with hopes that it will be approved by my insurance this time. Hoping for a better review next time."

"This office is great and has a very friendly staff. Dr. Davis and his assistants are very knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr. Davis was very thorough with his exam and explanations of injection procedures."

"I can hardly express my gratitude enough! I went to Dr. Davis with great pain in my back and hip. He looked at my MRI's, but equally as important, he really listened to how I was feeling. I loved his thoughtfulness and decisive action for my treatment., and, of course, the treatment itself. Now I am pain-free. It is wonderful to feel so good. I cannot praise him, or recommend him highly enough. The office staff are professional and kind. These visits have been wonderful experiences."
