"I would give 0 stars if possible. I had two terrible appointments and won't ever go back. First appointment was as a new patient. I was asked by the staff and Dr to come in earlier than my original scheduled appointment time, to which I was agreeable. I arrived at the office at the time they asked, and waited over an hour to be called back and to see the Dr. The intake process was a nightmare. The assistant who was supposed to be asking me questions regarding my condition before seeing Dr. Sanchez barely spoke English and when I told them about my current medications and diagnosis, they didn't understand me and asked me to Google the medication so they could see a photo, because they weren't understanding due to the language barrier. I also had to ask them to close the door while they were doing this because as a patient I am entitled to privacy when discussing my medical history. After the intake specialist mindlessly clicked away on the computer for the next few minutes in silence, without asking me anything further about my history, Dr. Sanchez eventually came in. As I explained to him my current diagnosis and how it was affecting me, he clicked his pen impatiently the whole time as I was speaking . I was initially prescribed a medication by Dr. Sanchez, that was ultimately denied by my insurance, and was informed via telephone of this by his staff two weeks after the fact and that I would need to try a different medication. Again, I was agreeable, even though I was uncomfortable with the fact that I was being told that I was to start a new medication that was never mentioned or told anything about by Dr. Sanchez during my initial appointment, even with his full knowledge that an alternative medication might need to be prescribed in the event of a denial from my insurance. I was given no clear instructions from the Dr or office staff on whether or not to take this new medication in addition to my current treatment or in place of it. I had to Google the information before calling the office back for clarification on how exactly how to take it safely and properly. I took the medication for three weeks, and went for back a follow up appointment. While I was waiting to discuss how this new medication was adversely affecting me with Dr. Sanchez, a completely different provider came in and told me they were in training and that they would be treating me during my follow up appointment. I was asked by this provider in training if that was ok, and I let them know that since I was just recently prescribed and started taking this new medication, I would feel more comfortable speaking with Dr. Sanchez, as he was the one who prescribed it and "treated" me during my initial visit. I was then told to wait for Dr. Sanchez, after I expressed my discomfort with the situation. Dr. Sanchez finally came in to the room, and told me that he works with assistants and if Im not agreeable with that to find a different office and provider. I decided I would be better off with a different provider, who isnt rude, neglectful, or condescending like Dr. Fernando Sanchez."

"Doctor are ok. Nurses are good. The front office is the major pain point. I came in with shoulder pain. They were supposed to schedule an x-ray. They never sent the paperwork to my insurance for approval until I followed up. This happened after confirming with my insurance company that they never sent it. I came in to review my results shortly after. Then received a call from the office to schedule an appointment to review my results two weeks after I already did it. The doctor recommended I get a MRI. Again, they never sent the paperwork to my insurance. I gave up and switched doctors. They still have not sent the paperwork or tried to schedule the MRI. There is a disconnect with communication at this office. It's really frustrating."
