"Terrible service, my son came home on a feeding tube and I never got the formula until a week later!!! What am I suppose to do??? I had to ween him of formula myself. Finally the formula showed up and inside was the wrong syringe to push formula into feeding tube so AGAIN we had no way of feeding thru the tube. At this point I ask for a refund and to NO SURPRISE I’m getting the run around. I have been in the phone at least 20 times to resolve bouncing around the departments because no one knows what they’re doing. They hang up in your face if you need something they can’t do or know how or who does. Avoid this place or you too will be sorry"

"This is the worse service I have experienced. It's been over a week and they still have yet to fill my prescription and every time I call they said they will guarantee that my prescription will be deliver next day and nothing happens. I don't understand how this company can get away with something like this when we are talking about medicine and some people lives depend on it"

"This has been the worse customer service experience I've ever had. Rude and unprofessional staff to sat the least. I tried calling them for an entire week without being able to speak to a person. When I finally get someone on the phone she places me on hold for 30 mnts to then transfer me. Once the other department took my info. he advised me he would have to transfer me to yet another department. I reached the third department, at this point the call was disconnected. This whole process took over an hour and nothing was resolved. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but I was refused that option as well. I will have my Dr. call in my RX elsewhere."

"0 stars. Impossible to get my son’s enteral nutrition. I call at least 3 times a week and am on hold for at least 45 minutes every time. They give excuses every time for why I don’t have it yet."

"Use extream caution with this company. To date they have administered meds wrong, sent the wrong supplies on more than one occasion, have a very limited staff and poor service hours. I've been forced to use this company due to insurance rules and can't wait for my insurance to change at the end of the year. I would not recommend Coram to anyone looking for nursing service. Stay as far away from this company that you can. They do not care about their patience."
