"Do not trust this organization. I made an appointment for 10:20 and got my test at 11:45. Waiting in a parking lot outside in the middle of the high sun. The staff did not take proper care of the materials often dropping test bags on the floor and throwing trash on the ground. My email messages were ignored and my requests not addressed. Very poor customer service. Most frustrating part, they guaranteed results in 30 minutes for a rapid test. After calling and email customer service it took nearly 5 hours to get my results. Trusting this company to deliver on a promise was a big mistake, as i missed the event that I needed this test for in the first place due to the extreme delay. Please seek a more reputable and reliable service."
