"Lack of urgency, unaccomodating. Staff seems overworked. I left after waiting over an hour past my appointment time. They also lack compassion and empathy towards irrate customers waiting longer than expected. People have other things to do with their time. Hire another OB, please. Dr. Torres can’t do it by herself and has tried to for years."

"Worse doctors office ever !!!!!! They have you sit in the waiting room for the longest and then the medical assistants they have DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DRAW BLOOD ! Then the doctor does not make it any better because she makes excuses for the poor work and then they also charge for paperwork and do not document the paperwork correctly !!!! Do yourself a favor and go to the best LIKE DR. Hanna he is awesome"

"Never had an issue with the front desk or checking in but the ob dr.torres needs a reevaluation as a medical provider. She can make conversations very uncomfortable and unprofessional. For someone that needs to put their medical needs in her hands she is very discomforting. She threatens to close charts and not see you. I would rather wait at a hospital for 7 hours than be in this office."

"The doctor that was there before he passed away, he was my doctor he was amazing and very kind another female ob GYN was also very nice the staff in the front not so much. There rude over the phone, and have attitudes for no apparent reason. But when there in good moods they are polite and that's very appreciated."
