"I researched many clinics but decided to trust Evolution who was the first plastic surgery establishment that I visited, I think was love at first sight. The process to schedule was easy but where they excell is with customer service. The staff at the follow up office is superb, not only they treat you like family they show concern and go above and beyond to help you. John at the front desk, super helpful always sweet and polite. The nurse staff, they are fantastic and the gem of the follow up office Dr. Ingrid, is rare find health staff that really care and follow up on your health. I will definitely return."

"There are so many things wrong in my experience with this medical professional that I do not know where to start. At the very fist visit Dr Zayas was 2 hours late and only spend less that 5 min with me and not sure he listed to my wants. During surgery day I express again the concern of the buttock situation and was assured about the results. And even after the procedure at my follow up he was late over one hour. During my experience with them I encounter lots of disappointments. I was the one calling to set up all appointments and follow ups and at no point the office called to inquire about my health. So once they have your money you are kind on your own. Even the massage place that works under same umbrella is running at full capacity and quality of service is low. The results made me cry and now I require another surgery. The scars were way more than discussed in initial appointment and not even lined up where they can be covered with the lining of the underwear. In other words were very high. After the swelling went down I realized one of my buttock looked flat like before the surgery...hence the reason I was making the correction. I express that concern at each appointment but always got same answer back that it will get better. My arm looks chopped. So here I am needing another procedure and now I have to pay again for the anesthesia because even if the results are not my fault the doctor will not cover. I wish I looked for more reviews before choosing them. I'm deeply sad and not emotional but financially as I am still in need of correction. So to new ladies looking for surgery. Make sure you do your research."

"A breast implant operation turned into lots and lots of care and follow-up appts. We didn't have the best experience at this facility. Their staff is not organized at all, depends on whom you speak with is what you'll know. The Dr. completed the surgery well, but the breast still has scarring and has yet to heal, from October 2023 ! the Nurses give a big run around and do not check in with the Dr. for the breast scarring a tissue therefore, we are still pending to see the " EVOLUTION" results. at this point we would not recommend."
