"Customer service needs to inform you that only certain locations take certain insurance. I've been going to them for years and scheduled with the closer office here – only to get there and waste my time when I find out they don't take my insurance that the other locations do. Why call to schedule and they don't ask or look in their system to inform you they don't accept it there? Save both of us the headache."
