The staff was friendly and efficient, and the waiting room was clean and well-organized, Betty was thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions. The appointment was running on schedule, and I was in and out within 30 minutes. I also appreciated the follow-up email with my test results and next steps. Overall, I would highly recommend Amber Medical Center to anyone looking for a reliable and professional medical practice. 5/5 stars!""

"Horrible service, have been scheduled twice with Doctor Maribel Morfi, will have you waiting 2+ hours and then “go to lunch” at 3 pm without seeing her patients that have been waiting multiple hours for her. The level of unprofessionalism is absolutely insane, if you are aware of your outrageous wait times why overbook your schedule and keep your patient waiting for such an unreasonable amount of time? Ridiculous!"

"Very unprofessional , called the office to verify my appointment at 9:00am they left me on hold till 10:30am I went to the office in person got there at 12:00pm the receptionist were talking not even doing their job , after I waited sitting down for an hour and a half I get up and ask what’s going on come to find out my doctor wasn’t even there at 1:30pm All of this could of been resolved if I was never put on hold for over an hour and a half with no response. Also I had my appointment at 12:30. Then they wanna lie in my face saying the appointment was at 1:45pm. No point of being treated or Even to be seen with a staff who wants to play games about someone’s health. Again this could of all been resolved if the ladies in the reception would of done there job correctly. Doctors pass by you and pretend you aren’t even there. I even witnessed a young lady being there for over an hour waiting and when it was her turn The doctor told her he was taking a lunch break. Highly unprofessional. Office needs new management, new doctors new staff."

"I truly love the Doctors and love the location since it is so close to home. The negative is the staff they have no intrapersonal skills and treat people rudely and dismissive. Wish they would educate and hold them accountable for being sooo rude."

"Came with my mother to discuss lab results. Her doctor didn’t look us in the eye ONCE. She let him know about a pain she’s been having for four days and he walked us out without addressing her concerns. Terrible bedside manner, I would not recommend."
