"I have been calling for the last two months and to get an appointment. The woman who answered the phone is very rude. I am running out of my medication and they have not connected with me ever since Dr. Steingo left that office staff is completely different."

"ZERO STARS. Terrible Terrible Office. For the life of me, I don't know why they don't answer their phones. When calling, it loops you to a "fake" holding que, and then routes you to a voice messaging system, with a message that the office will call you back upon receipt of the message. Guess what? THEY DON'T CALL BACK!!!!- Like EVER :-(. The front staff is rude and disrespectful, and they lack complete professionalism (not sure how these people got hired). In my whole adult life, I have never came across a medical practice where you couldn't get through to speak with someone. It make NO SENSE. I have even had other medical practices reach out to me personally because they were not able to get in touch with anyone in the office on my behalf. There are times that I had to drive to the office because they never answered or returned any of my calls. If you value your healthcare, and you value your mental health, don't go here....find another doctor or specialist."

"Things have gone downhill with this company since they closed the Hollywood location. My insurance & I have been submitting prior authorization requests since December, it is currently February and nothing has happened. You can’t get anyone on the phone so I stopped in the office a week ago, Aileen came out and said she would work on it. As of today, 7 days later, my insurance has heard nothing & has to submit another request. This will be the 4 or 5th one. I am not sure what happened when the Hollywood location closed, but this office is terribly run."

"Horrible! Good luck reaching a person. I needed to reschedule an appointment due to Covid concerns-not only could I not speak to someone to do that(I left a message)-I’ve also left four subsequent messages to return my call so I could get a new appointment. At a neurologist. Who found incidents of stroke activity in scans, but now won’t call me back to go over said results. Can’t discuss the new medication that was started either, no refills…I guess we’ll just do without. It’s reprehensible what constitutes “medical care” these days. This establishment is not worthy of a single star. Google should make a zero star rating as one star in insufficient to describe the quality of service here."

"My father had an appointment today. What could have been a horrible experience was saved by Mindy who took excellent care of us upon check in. She trully cared and went above and beyond when she could have easily turned us away due to an error by the nursing home. Dr. Lieberman and staff were all very friendly and attentive. Thank you all!"
