"10 out of 10 don’t recommend. Every time I go I go early to make sure we’re out within 2 hours. They have zero time management skills."

"We have made multiple appointments and it takes hours to ever see a doctor. Why even make an appointment when you sit in the waiting room for 2 hours. They should have respect for parents and know that they have tough schedules. This place can do better but I guess from all the bad reviews, they don’t care."

"The worst office staff ever. My kids have been patients for over seven years. It got to a point where I was fed up with the office. They get absolutely nothing done and they’re full of attitude. Dr. Bradford needs to put his foot down and stop letting his staff run the place he’s a wonderful doctor, but the staff itself is horrible, and they had a few other great doctors there that is no longer there which honestly makes you not want to even bother anymore. Think twice, also tried getting medical records and they stated that my son wasn’t a patient when he in fact been a patient since the day he was born and then after I gave them an attitude about it, they tried to charge me to get records days later."

"Dr. Bradford and the rest of the doctors at Pediatric By the Sea are absolutely wonderful people and great doctors. However, the front desk and staff are a different story. The office can not get a prescription called in correctly. If the prescription is called in, it is generally sent to the wrong pharmacy. My wife called in a prescription on Monday morning. Two days later, I go to pick it up. The pharmacist say no prescription was ever called in. I call PBTS. They tell me it was sent to a different store. I go there after getting off the phone and that pharmacist tells me no prescription was ever called in. Now my son does not have his medication for tomorrow. Thank God it is not a life needing med. This scenario happens a lot. Inexcusable!"

"As a mother to another, do yourself the favor and find a different doctors office. Gave this place a few chances. You barely ever see a doctor, usualy always nurse practitioners. They never call you back even if it is a concerning matter. they say they will have the doctor call you and will wait an entire weekend before calling you and that’s to schedule you and appointment not speak to the doctor like you were told. This practice is a joke. They prescribe my daughter harsh steroids every time she is sick but won’t give me saline solution which is natural easy way to thin mucus. Always a fight and never a reason why. Thankfully I live back and forth from NJ and our doctor there is amazing and will take care of us from a far when we are here."
