"I have been a patient of Dr. Richard Hayes for 21 years, he has a beautiful loving caring practice that he build up I followed him to two different practices, he actually gave me my life back again, unfortunately we don’t have insurance for 12 years now, and we have been self-pay, he since retired January 2022, believe me I am brokenhearted, and fearful, because I try to call this place and speak to my doctor that was only there at the end one day a week, they never return the phone calls, on Wednesday January 12, 2022, I put a call In to his replacement , told them that I was sick and having a low-grade fever, we left several messages no one‘s got back to us, today I am still sick January 15, and my fever has gone up to 101.3 with Motrin 600 mg an hour later, the doctor on call which happened to be his replacement, call me back not only was there screaming barking dog in the back, but she told me that she’s not allowed to help me ,I didn’t even ask for anything but advice, her exact words to me were since January 1, 2022 we no longer take self-pay patients, and she told me she is not allowed to give me any advice. I am so saddened by this but of course there’s nothing we could do about it, I definitely am going to miss Dr. Richard Hayes and some of his caring staff, but do you self a favor don’t even bother to go there go somewhere else, because if you look at all the reviews , they are almost all saying the same thing ,I am that! they never return phone calls they tell you they going to call you they never call you back. So now we had to call Dr. on demand. I wish you the best whoever you are and I am so sorry if you never got the pleasure to be treated from Dr. Richard Hayes at Wellington medical in Wellington Florida , there was a point that we moved from Florida to Greenville South Carolina for four years and every year we drove for our yearly check up to Wellington Florida, because of his expertise and I would not want anyone else to treat me."

"It seems that with each visit your care center gets worse. My last visit I had to wait 45min to be seen, this time 1hr and 15min. The excuse always being that they had an emergency when there were no patients in site. The medical assistant (a short spanish woman) had a terrible attitude . I could never refer anyone to your center. I hate to write this review as Dr. Colman is an outstanding physician. I unfortunately did not see him."

"The office is very clean and organized. The ENTIRE staff have great personalities. A very warm, welcoming office. Nobody wants to go to the doctor, and when you go it is typically when you’re not feeling well which puts many in sour moods. I have always been made to feel happy even when not feeling well. I am extra impressed with the outstanding nurses there as well. They are gentle, caring and listen when you speak. Well done Metcare, that’s what keeps me coming back in addition to if I get sick of course. Love and regards to all of you!"
