"For a little more than a year I was Doctor's Curtis Keephart patient in the Boca Raton location, he is a good Doctor, very nice and sweet, no complaint about him. He is great!. I have a complaint about the crew who is working there. Yesterday, Oct. 19th/2023 I supposed to see him for my year aniversary surgery, well the DAY BEFORE somedoby called and left a message that they don't take my insurance anymore, the message did not come true and obviosly I went to my appointment, to my surprise after I already signed the page and was waiting the front desk lady told me that I can not see the Dr. My question is, why wait until the day before, if they know that cut the services with certain insurance, please review and call/email people to let them know. They send emails for the appointment but could not email to let me know that my insurance is not welcome anymore. No empaty with patients. That is why I only put 3 starts, Dr. Keephart is great, the crew I doubted."

"I usually see Dr. Kephart who is fabulous. However since he was in surgery I saw his PA Rebecca who is also fabulous. She immediately relieved my pain with two Cortizone shots one in each area of discomfort and today I feel like a new person. Thank you so much until we meet again in four weeks."

I was told from the first meeting that the surgery would completely fix the issue with my hip and I would resume normal function with proper physical therapy, this was absolutely true. In 6 weeks I have recovered fully and doing everything that for a year and 1/2 only brought me pain and limitations. Now I can function without a hint of pain. "I had seen Dr. Curtis Kephart in this practice. First of all there’s absolutely no parking outside. When you walk in there’s at least 25 patients waiting and it seems that everybody’s appointment was scheduled for either 10:15 AM or 10:30 AM. So it was basically first come first serve. When Dr. Kephart saw me he misdiagnosed me and gave me an injection in an improper place. The shot did not work so three weeks later I returned and paid my full co-pay and for the visit of $100. All he did was give me a prescription for an MRI which I could’ve got for free from my PCP. I got my results from the MRI not from him but I had to go to the MRI center to get them directly. I then got another doctors appointment which I had to wait for a month. This new doctor gave me an injection in the proper position as per my MRI and sent me to physical therapy. Despite my efforts in talking to the office manager and explaining my issue I still to this day have not heard anything back from the practice. So basically I have an abnormal MRI sitting somewhere on his desk over two months later. I wouldn’t bring a dying dog to this practice. It really seems they’re more interested in quantity of how much patients they can see to make money then overall quality."
