"I have nothing but good things to say about this office. Dr. Lowe has been awesome and really works with you to help you. I also see Sara. She has been amazing as well. I would highly recommend this office."

"Talk about an office of Neurotypicals treating patients that are neurodivergent. I have never felt so belittled or misunderstood. I told them about self medicating (alcohol, to be clear) 10+ years ago, as part and parcel to why medication is so important for me and my life, and they basically told me that I am a drug addict and they’ll do a $150 assessment to verify the diagnosis I’ve had since I was 6, but they won’t prescribe medication bc I’m an “addict”. Talk about the least qualified, least empathic office you could ever encounter. Keep in mind this was only to transfer a prescription that I already had, bc my provider was telehealth and was no longer able to send prescriptions without in person visits. Do not go here if you have ADD and also expect to be treated like a human being!"

"In my personal opinion, this practice is purely money driven and they often lose sight of providing the best mental health care possible to their patients. Their billing system is regularly incorrect and they will contact their patients telling them they have past due bills when they’ve regularly paid their statements. My husband signed on for a virtual therapy appointment and the therapist started the appointment by saying “You have a past due balance. This will be the last time we speak if you do not pay your bill.” OUCH. But it turns out it was a billing error and he didn’t have any past due balance. That type of interaction doesn’t feel supportive of patients mental health at all. The therapist I saw was cold and regularly seemed bothered by her role in general. It’s hard to summarize how every interaction felt with this provider but it just always felt off, like they didn’t really care, and like we were just dollar signs. It’s not the type of experience you hope for in the mental health care."

"I like my provider a lot. She’s really helpful, listens well, and is kind. I like the practice as a whole. When I started as a new patient, I requested multiple different types of services/testing, and they were very accommodating and scheduled everything quickly and without issue. I didn’t have to wait long at all for my appointments, everything was scheduled and attended within two weeks which I think is pretty impressive! The only negative thing I can think of is that they don’t offer a payment plan for services, which has held me back from seeking further services with them. I see a therapist with OSU because they offer a payment plan. Otherwise I really like the place and my provider!"
