"The staff was very helpful and quick. We didn’t have an appt but my daughter needed to be seen immediately. They were patient while our insurance company worked out the kinks and saw us within an hour. I was so grateful for their level of professionalism and care. Also, Dr. Meyerson explained the cause of the issue my daughter was having. He made us aware of what he was going to do before doing it each step of the way. He was also very compassionate too. "When I made the appointment I was a little disappointed that I wasn't going to see the doctor. I was to see the PA, Heather Schryver. At my arrival, the first person I see is the lady behind the window welcoming me to their office. She was very nice, very pleasant and an all around beautiful young lady. I was then taken back to the exam room where another lady, older, but still, very nice, very pleasant to talk with and easy to talk to about my issues. Then Heather came in and spoke to me and after the exam, I had to admit to myself that I had been wrong about my preconceived assumptions about this clinic. Heather was extremely knowledgeable, also, very easy to speak with, a very pleasant persona and best of all, her husband is also a former Marine, as I am. I had a USMC jacket on which she noticed. Everyone in this office I would be proud to have as friends. As a result of the exam, I will be going back on Tuesday of next week for tube placement in my ears due to ear infections. I feel blessed for having met these wonderful people and I haven't even met the doctor yet!"
