"Absolutely love seeing Maggie! She’s patient and really takes her time with your concerns and addresses them informatively. She’s absolutely personable and knowledgeable with great hours during the work week. My fiancé and I both see her now and trust her with future visits! My only complaint is that it sometimes takes a while to get through to the front desk phone but when you do I’ve always had a very pleasant experience and have never had to wait long to be seen (my old doctor was sometimes an hour in the waiting room followed by another hour wait in the exam room!) so that’s a huge plus for me knowing I’ll actually be seen during my appointment time!"

"I have had mixed experiences at this office but this last visit is what is driving me to write this review. The last two visits I have seen the nurse practitioner and she is great. What I am not happy with and extremely disappointed in is the lack of urgency to return phone calls regarding outcomes of procedure. I have called and left several messages to have my results explained to me but have not been able to get any of the qualified personal to do so. I keep getting the same receptionist "assuring" me that someone will be getting back to me THAT day. I am not the type to write reviews like this but I am truly disappointed as I have been a patient for the last 7 years and will not be going back now due to us moving out of the area."

"I could not believe how unaccommodating this practice location was. My fiance, a teacher mind you, came here looking for care after booking an appointment with their online service. We walked in, perfectly on-time, and she was told that her appointment did not register online and that she would have to reschedule. Meanwhile, the doctor was still sitting in his office, with an EMPTY waiting room. Rather than being courteous and caring for his ill-feeling patient, their immediate response was to book another appointment. What if my fiance had some kind of illness? What if it was something that required immediate attention? Nope. She would have had to wait another couple of weeks. Incredible how it was my fiancee's fault that this location had a faulty website. It's also astonishing how inconsiderate and completely cold the staff was. Poor handling of a situation that could have been taken care of in a quick 15 min walk-in appointment. My advice? STAY AWAY!"

"I have been a patient of Dr Velez for over 20 yrs. Now that my children are adults, they still see Dr Velez and bring their children to see him as well. We love that the nurses and staff are very professional, and that the waiting room is comfortable and very clean. When necessary, he has referred me to excellent specialists and I couldn't be happier with the care. Thank you for all you do Dr. Velez."
