"Went here to establish with a new doctor. Needed refills on my cholesterol medication and was told no. I’ve been on them 15 years. Doctor was nice but really needs to retire and hang it up. Thanks for reaching out to try to make things right but I’ve already had to find another doctor to get my medication. I should’ve known something wasn’t right when I could get an appointment right away when everywhere else has a wait."

"First appointment of the day and still can't be seen on time. They tell you to show up 15 min early to get you checked in and they weren't even open. Doc seemed like she could care less about my issues and she was just checking boxes to get me out in the time they have allotted for each patient."

"I love the doctor I usually see, Dr Burnes, he’s a very informative and caring doctor!! But there’s this nurse there, and when I went today she made me so hurt I started to tear up. (And if you know me it takes a lot to make me cry) I want to explain the full situation fully because it’s hard to even grasp. I get called in by the nurse, she calls me, and another woman in. She weighs her first, then me. The nurse is so nice it made my nervousness of going to the doctor decrease. She shows the women her room, then takes me to mine. I sit down on the table and she comes back in very sweet. Talking about my tattoos and complimenting them, followed by her saying “I’m sorry continue tell me why you’re here” I told her I am mostly here for my pelvic pain/to get a referral to an ob, because I think I have cyst. She looks at me blankly, then says “you didnt google your symptoms did you?” In a mostly joking voice. I reply with of course I did! The internet’s very informative! And she chuckles and says why don’t you go to school instead of googling things? This is where it started hurting. She says to me “why don’t you do something with your life, how old are you” at this point the only thing she knows about me is my name. I tell her I’ve been a stay at home mommy with my son who is now a toddler and it’s near impossible to go to school right now even though I desperately want to do something for myself. She interrupts me laughing saying I’m funny multiple times. As she’s walking to the door, says “youre going to go far with your life” I reply with damn right I am. She leaves with no other words. She sits at her desk area near my room. I hear her laughing, telling her co worker that she told me how I wasn’t going to make it far, along with minutes of gossiping that I couldn’t fully understand. I walk out, they stop talking immediately. I look at them and go out to the room to get my son and mother In law. I talk to the receptionist there who was very helpful. But I will find out your name and report you no matter what it takes."
