"Office visit was in Sept, cataract surgery was recommended so we agreed to it and was told they would get in touch to set date. We called at least 5 times over a 4 month period, to get a date and no one would call us back. We finally scheduled the surgery with another doctors order, I wouldn’t recommend Aran to anyone, they are rude and never follow up."

"The woman at the front desk is not personable. K Lopez is very rude everytime that I have gone to my appointments. A few days ago I came in for my appointment & there were 3 patients in the waiting room upset & in shock of how rude she was being. I sat there for 24min before being called up to the front desk. I never had a copay before & for that testing visit I had a copay, she had no change & stated that I can go to the atm nearby which would essentially make me “late” for my appointment that I was on time for. I had to reschedule this appointment previously because I was stuck in traffic coming from work by 10 minutes but it’s ok to be late to go to an atm for money for my visit?? That does not make any sense & it’s not fair for me as the patient. After my visit with the doctor, I’m not sure if I will be returning as a patient."

"This has to be the worst place that I’ve ever been to. First off they have you waiting for hours and people that come after you, they see them first before they see you. This place is just ridiculous I don’t not recommend anyone to come here, it will just be a waste of your time. I came on time and waited for almost 2 hours to be seen for them to say the doctors doesn’t see anyone after 3 clock mind you im sitting in the waiting area and you can hear him yelling that to his employees. Mind you even when he said that to his employees they never came up to me to let me know so I wouldn’t have known that I wouldn’t been seen today if I never got up to ask them What’s going on!!!!!!!! This place deserves 0 stars and should not be running."

"Set an appointment 2 months ago for a special needs patient. Call and confirm the appointment for 1:15pm. Sat for in waiting area forn 1 hour. Went to ask on progress, receptionist informed me that we were not to be seen. No one called us up to say there was a problem. We would have sat there even longer if i didn’t ask what was the hold up was. Very unfriendly and disorganized place. Unfortunately I was not the only one there who was have troubles with their appointment. 4 other every upset and 1 very sad lady who sat for hours at who we gave a lift home."

"Horrible service. Twice scheduled By ARAN EYE INSTITUTE, show up for appointment, sign in, an hour later, receptionist calls my name, she says I have no appt. The patients that signed in before me, told the same or that suddenly, they don't accept patient's insurance. I have emails and text messages, before and the same day, reminding me of appt. Horrible place."
