"Service was great! We made an appointment and were checked in and taken to a room within 15 minutes. To me, that is great!! Especially with so many sick and injured people right now, with the flu season. Megan our PA, was thorough with her exam of my son’s ankle injury and it was nice to have an X-ray tech in-house! Also, it did not take long for the X-rays to be read by the radiologist, off premises. We left with good news, fortunately! From front desk checkin to nurse checking vitals to X-ray tech to PA was a great experience, considering why we were there. Thank you CareSpot Atlantic Beach, Florida Ridge and Tracie Jacobs"
"The service was great. Everyone was welcoming and cheerful. From start to finish everything more pretty fast. My only complaint is that CareSpot couldn't find my insurance so I had to pay $120 for the visit. I contacted my insurance before going to CareSpot and they said this place was in network. The patient service representative enter my number wrong and when I told her the correct number she called once to try and talk to someone about it but that was it. So I paid $120 and was told my insurance would refund it IF CareSpot was in network. This would have been a 5 star rating had I not had these issues."

The administrator was very helpful and friendly the nurse and Dr knew exactly what was going on and was able to get me out very quickly also my medication was waiting for me as soon as I arrived at the pharmacy. I would highly recommend them for any medical needs"
"staff was incredibly nice but i was mis diagnosed. they told me i was perfectly fine after i addressed concerns about coughing up bloody mucus for 3 weeks! i was admitted to the ER two days later because i had pneumonia :("
