"The doctors are great but office staff is terrible. Nobody ever gets back to you on anything and they’re extremely rude. I had a medication I can’t be off of and when I realized I had no refills called the on-call physician who refilled it right away. He put a note in the system for the office to call me to make an appointment to get seen and do labs, nobody ever called me back and I was too busy so I forgot. Ran out of the meds again and when I addressed the issue with the front desk after I finally got a hold of them, the receptionist didn’t care that I can’t be off the meds and said I have wait to be seen before they can refill. Really wish I could keep going here to see Dr. Sanders but I don’t have time to deal with the office’s disorganization."

"My experience was HORRIBLE!!!! I set my appointment for my only day off. When I got there at my appointment time, I was told to not even bother signing in because I was not there 30 minutes earlier to fill out paperwork. She told me the nurse wasn't even going to see me because of that. The way that the woman at the front desk said it was very unprofessional!! Her and the other woman told me I would have to reschedule. I set my appointment for that specific time and date for a reason because it was the only time I could make it."
