"His staff is extremely rude and not very friendly. My daughter went in for a pre-op and her results were to be faxed to the ENT office and they called and let me know it was never received I was just told that their fax machine has been broken since Dec 15! Why not replace it since it’s over a month now… so don’t expect any of your child’s info to be delivered where it needs to go"

"This office is ok. I take all 3 of my kids here and haven’t had a complaint. The reason why I’m giving them a 1 star is because they are very inconsistent with the office hours. They are supposed to stay until 5 but there’s been many times where they close early. Also, I had an appt with the doctors wife and the office never opened. There was another patient with the same time as me. To top it off, the answering service wasn’t on so when you would call, it just kept ringing…."

"Doctor is absolutely ignorant! He failed to test for what is needed. My son had symptoms and he kept telling me that he is fine. Absolutely ignorant and very uneducated. I knew more about blood work and thyroid testing than he seemed to know! I would stay away from this doctor. P.s. he failed to tell me that my son was due for a mandatory vaccine for 7th grade. I had to come back for another visit, another copay, to have him take the vaccine. When i spoke to him on the phone he also hung up in my face."

Their first well visit was thorough and they both loved that Dr. Rivera took the time to ask them questions about themselves. Today I was able to make a same-day sick visit, and they got us in within an hour with hardly any in-office wait time. The front desk staff has always been pleasant and their nurse is the sweetest, always making my kids feel comfortable! I’m really happy with this practice and highly recommend it!"
