"I’d like to write a review for Vein Specialist regarding my left leg vein treatment. I returned today for my second leg treatment at Vein Specialist in Bonita Springs with Dr. Joseph Magnant and his wonderful team of assistants and I am thrilled to be back. I had my left leg treated two weeks ago and already I can tell the difference in how my left leg feels. I no longer have nighttime leg cramps or Charlie horses. I’m able to sleep better because my left leg doesn’t bother me as much and I might even be using the bathroom one time less at night. I was really thrilled to come back to get my right leg done because of the improvement I have seen on my left leg so far. Still have cramps in my right leg like I had in my left leg before and I’m looking forward to having a restful night of sleep from this point forward without leg cramps and hopefully getting up fewer times and night to urinate. "I’d like to write a review about my recent experience with Vein Specialist and Dr. Magnant I underwent Intravascular ultrasound and left iliac vein stent placement by Dr. Magnant at Vein Specialist and Fort Myers three months ago. Prior to that time I had problems with left leg, swelling and pressure and pelvic pain which was worse during and after intercourse to the point that I had stopped having intercourse with my spouse. Dr. Magnant investigated thoroughly and found that I had a left iliac vein blockage also known as May Thurner syndrome. He recommended proceeding with intravascular ultrasound and possible stent placement, which was performed about three months ago. I can’t tell you how much better I am today because of that. I no longer have pelvic pain. I no longer have pain with intercourse or after intercourse and my left leg pressure just seems so much better. I came in today to have my left treated from the groin down but I have to say that I’m super happy that I proceeded with the Ivus procedure and iliac vein stent placement. I want to take a moment to share my extraordinary experience with Dr. Magnant and his exceptional team, both at Bonita Springs and the Fort Myers office. My journey with Dr. Magnant began in March 2023 when I met him at an HOA meeting, and it's safe to say that this encounter was life-changing. During that meeting, Dr. Magnant noticed the swelling in my left leg, stemming from an incision related to a melanoma excision that had been under considerable stress. His keen observation and genuine concern prompted a discussion, during which he recommended a thorough venous evaluation. Although his office was a four-hour drive from my home in the Keys, Dr. Magnant's confidence in his ability to help me convinced me to take him up on his offer.
