"I really like the doctor and his staff. Never had a problem with them!"

"I’ve seen this man not even ONE time since I’ve been under his care. My first visit I saw his nurse practitioner who check my joints THROUGH my crocs…how is that even a thing. Then I’ve called for weeks and left messages due to my condition and have yet to receive single phone call back then when I do get someone on the phone I’m left on hold for so long I just hang up. If you are unable to do your job let it be known. I’ve worked with far more renowned RA doctors who are in high demand and they still made time to see me due to my condition being very different from usual. What do I look like paying you 50 dollars if I’m late but if your late coming back from lunch 25 minutes past my schedule appt time it’s just “oh he’s very busy” this is THE WORSTTTTTT care I’ve ever received and I’m at my wits end with it. EDIT TO ADD: A month later I’m still waiting for them to complete simple tasks. The front desk staff is below average. I’ve been waiting almost a month for a medication authorization called my insurance to make sure they received it nope they are STILL waiting mean while I am in the middle of a high risk pregnancy and they know the risk of me going without medication could result in a less than desirable outcome yet here I am calling almost daily getting the same old run around. If my pregnancy ends poorly I will gladly drag this office to court no questions asked cause the issues I’m having now all my other doctors agree are preventable with help from my rheumatologist but simple paperwork sends this group into a tizzy. I can not wait to be switched over"

"Dr. Torres office always accommodates me when I have severe pain. He has been educating me on proper diet for arthritis with inflammation of the joints for approximately 15 years. Can't say enough good about him and his staff. Know others with severe arthritis that has gotten long term releif."

"The doctor is great, however the staff is unprofessional and rude. They do not know how to correctly file insurance claims and like to get loud and argumentative. I drove almost 2 hours to my appointment, just for them to tell me that I have 2 insurance companies and they cannot see me because they don’t know to file it."
