"I knew I had the Flu and I repeatedly told the receptionist on the right I had insurance. On her end she was showing inactive. I called Molina, put the lady on speaker and the receptionist had an unhelpful, bad attitude. Her lack of actions response was, oh well nothing I can do... Molina offered to fax proof, she said, fax machine was broken. I left. I went home and called the State of FL... They show me active as well. I go back, it's been 2hrs. She's annoyed arguing it was inactive two hours ago, it's inactive still. I handed her my info and said, please try again. Literally huffed... I can't make this up. She has zero empathy, is totally unprofessional, in the wrong business. She prints off this paper that says, insurance is inactive. I said, it's active. With attitude, she turns her chair to her coworker and asks angrily, what can I do? Her coworker hands her a paper to call my insurance. I said, you mean the same insurance that I was on the phone with this morning, when it wasn't this busy? I am a single mom, missing work, in a lot of pain, dizzy, and driving back and forth, almost missing my son's bus yesterday... Because the 1 receptionist couldn't give the other receptionist this paper earlier in the morning!!! She is aggravated, irritated, moving the phone... Picks it up and calls... Doesn't even tell me, she got what she wanted. I'm thinking lady, this wasn't a right or wrong or competition. Literally your system was showing incorrect information. How she handled a patient about to pass out, with zero desire to do her job... And help. Knowing she's hearing the lady from Molina repeatedly say, the INS was active. I'm disappointed, she's the face of the office and her lack of professionalism sets the mood for everyone in the back. Thankfully the three ladies in the back were kind, professional, compassionate, and helpful. They are why I gave a higher rating."

"I will never go back to this urgent care after the way I was treated this evening. The receptionist was rude, arguing with me over unplugging the waiting room air purifier….which I did not do. The outlet has 2 plugs and I didn’t disturb the office appliance (who would do such a thing?) then she says, well I can’t hear it now. I didn’t know what to say to that so I went about my business on my ipad. I felt like the girls behind the desk were giggling and laughing at my expense-then paused to say my 1st name, very loud, to inform me I had a copay, again…in an unprofessional way to address me and speak. There is also ZERO cellular or WiFi signal in this building and parking lot. Overall disappointed, the nurse was the sweetest person I’ve ever met!"

"Went as an alternative to VA care... in and out in an hour along with x-rays (normally an all day event at the VA). everyone super nice, PA Ida and my LPN very kind, only time will tell regarding my condition but if not it isn't due to them! Would def recommend"

"Called MedExpress to get prices for an appointment. After speaking with 3 separate people, and explaining to each person that I didn’t have insurance and needed the price for an appointment, I was told by each person that the price for the virtual visit was $149. No mention of any extra fees or that it may cost more. Just a straight $149 for the virtual visit. I spoke with the dr for approx 5min (and that’s being generous). I’ve now received a bill saying I owe another $151, making the appointment total $300. The bill gives no reason as to what this $151 is for literally just states ‘you paid $149. You owe $151’. People call to get prices for reasons. For 3 separate people to tell me the same price, into mentioning any extra fees or anything and then to get hit with a bill for more than the original told price is absurd and in my opinion, highly unprofessional. I’ve reached out via the portal to get answers (was on the weekend so I’m giving them time to respond to that) but I still feel this situation to be absurd."

"I was there several times with every single family member. They are super friendly at the Front Desk, the Doctors are friendly and professional, and the check in is super easy (now you can even check in online!). I go to this place for a few years now and NEVER had an Issue. If you need a good Urgent Care, you should go there."
