"My mother in law has been a patient here the last few months after relocating to Sebring. The front office there does not answer the phone or return calls. She has been out of daily prescription medication for over 2 weeks and they are incompetent of providing refills. The insurance company has called several times for authorization and cannot seem to get a response either. She also waited for a month for a referral to an orthopedic surgeon, and did not get that until after her next scheduled appointment . Do not take your loved ones here unless you want them waiting for returned calls and medication refills for weeks. Simply ridiculous!"

"The dentist was very rude to me on two occasions. As well as the dentist and hygienist could not cooperate together during my procedure. My teeth suffered as a result of lack of care."
