"Glad to hear Dr Paluzzi is gone , he performed Anterior cervical fusion on my neck , nicked a nerve by C5 and my left arm hasn't been able to build muscle since ! When I came out of anesthesia my left arm had zero muscle control but my right has been fine."
"They were great when I was seeing them 2 years ago but once I started seeing them again in April I cannot get a hold of anyone. You’re almost always sent to voicemail and when you leave a message you don’t get a response. I’m left in some of the worst pain I’ve ever endured with no sleep and no instruction on what to do to get this fixed. I just want my life back."
"3 reasons I would not recommend. First appointment I went to their old address in Trinity because they never updated their address on their website. Second appoint was scheduled for 9am, I didn’t leave until 1:30. They lost my image disk that I hand carried that day. Let me sit in the waiting room for two hours before telling me they lost it and would have to download it. Third appointment they canceled and never told me until I showed up at the office. DO NOT GO HERE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL."
"I want to thank Jennifer Loeper for the care she puts into her patients and I absolutely love that she takes her time to fully explain all they do to make me feel better. I would also want to thank Dr Egas for his patience and care he gives even though I still hate the injections but they work so I keep going even if I hate them lol, and I also want to thank the beautiful nurses and the girls up front it truly is a place that I will continue to recommend I already take my parents and now I am going to take my husband so eventually I will need a bed over there lol. "I had such a wonderful experience here. They really care about you! I saw Jennifer Loeper and she is so kind. She makes sure that I am healing well and comfortable after having lower back surgery. I was also helped in finding a physical therapist that would take my insurance, which I am extremely grateful for. When I come in for my appointment, Dr. Jennifer gives me an inspirational quote clipping to take with me and it is very nice to reflect on."
