My Men's Clinic of Bonita Springs

"Update #3 9/8/21 I have requested a refund because they’ve broken the contract by not providing services, prescriptions only broken promises. I was scheduled to meet Mark Johnson at the Bonita Springs office on 9/8 at 9:30 I arrived and the place was closed. I have called and requested my money back and a phone call. I am currently filling a small claim lawsuit against My Men’s Clinic in order to recover my money. Update #2 8/1/21 I’ve yet to receive any form of treatment per the contract I signed and paid $3,800 in full. I have filled a complaint with the BBB and received a response stating they are having issues staffing the BS office. I received a package of refrigerated meds in the mail while on vacation that sat in the heat for 7 days. Thus the meds were not any good. I have yet to receive a call from the owner and the clinic is still taking new patients though they don’t have a PA to practice medicine or procedures. I have requested my money back and the owner to call me weekly. What ever you do. Don’t waist your money with this company for testosterone treatment or ED. I have been going to this facility for 6 months. In February 2021 the Bonita Springs staff quit. They haven’t restaffed the facility leaving patients without service. I have paid in full for a year of service and haven’t received treatments or meds for 3 months. The customer service is horrible. I have requested to speak with the owner of My Men’s Clinic Mark ( 3 times) to express my concerns and issues regarding the services. I was informed Mark would call. I have yet to receive a call back. I would not recommend this business."
