"They are the worst, with very poor services and absolutely very poor office staff, can not even get a call in they hang up on me, I will file a grievance with the State along with filing the US Department of Health for undue great prejudice against the mentally ill disadvantaged persons who deserve to have medical primary doctor who does have health insurance, no one should ever be treated in this manner no one!!"
"Doctor Cara Nelson _ James is very professional and excellent at what she does. She cared very much about her patients. The staffs are also excellent. The pharmacy also does extremely good with medication, medication reaches home on time."
"This place is bad, simply put. The doctor was super unprofessional. When I asked for an STI panel, that he insisted on calling an STD panel, he also decided that that was a good time to be chummy and crack the joke "Ohhh you messed up with some young girl huh?" To which I replied "No, I just like to know my status. When asking about my familial medical history he started out his questioning with "Do you know your dad?" And then proceeded to question and re-question me in obvious disbelief when I told him, repeatedly that my dad was not on any medications. To which he followed up with "that you know of..." continuing to insist that he in fact knows my familial history better than I do, even though this was the first time I'd ever seen this doctor ever. It took almost 40 minutes to be seen, the phlebotomist missed ALL my veins after 3 sticks, and the doctor would only tell me what he was prescribing me after I insisted and asked twice. Just no...all bad."
