"It’s odd how many negative reviews there are about the office staff because we absolutely love everyone there. We’ve been seeing Dr Minick since our 1 year old was just 3 months and have always had a good experience. Appointments are easy, we never wait long after we arrive and the office staff is always very friendly to us. We appreciate Dr Minick’s easy going approach and we’re glad we found this office."

"Dr. Minick is great. He is calm and knowledgeable. We would keep him as our children's pediatrician but the front desk staff and staff that answers the phone must hate their lives. We are talking every interaction with them since joining the office has been miserable. They always give attitude when it is never given. When you ask to speak to a nurse, the front desk questions why and never allows you to speak with their medical staff. It seems to be a trend with reviews. I see I'm not the only one with these concerns. As a doctor working here, you should be aware of who is representing your business and make some changes or train your staff appropriately on how to deal with their customers in a professional manner. Our children are our prized possessions. Why should we entrust you with their health if you don't have empathy or make changes to your staff after multiple reviews have given you the same feedback. It's not that hard to treat people with respect and not give attitude. If you're unhappy with your job then start looking somewhere else. A lot of places are hiring where you don't have to interact with others on a personal level dealing with intimate issues and health concerns of children."

"I cant say enough amazing things about this practice! We drive live about 30 minutes away but would drive hours to get there if we had to. Doctor Pruitt and the staff is very caring and professional. They let you ask questions and make your kids feel very at ease. We have been seen from newborn to 7 years old now and we have always had a great experience. Everyone is also helpful when you call during or after hours. I have never seen such follow up anywhere else in life when dealing with the medical field. I would highly recommend Premier if you are looking for an open minded approach to old school pediatric care! Lol"
