"Matt has been instrumental in my recovery from ACL surgery. His level of care is second to none. He is super knowledgeable and takes the time to share his expertise so that you will come away from the sessions understanding your body better as well as the whole recovery process. When I had brain surgery mid way through my knee recovery, Matt was first of all very supportive and then adjusted the sessions to help regain my balance which was impacted from brain surgery while continuing to strengthen the knee.
